If we have reason to believe that a registered user is under 21, we will immediately suspend the account, withhold any pending withdrawals, and conduct a full review. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 64jl platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, 64jl reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending bets or bonuses, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. 64jl operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents — including a valid government-issued ID (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license) and proof of address — before withdrawals are processed or at any other time at 64jl's discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
All deposits to your 64jl account must be made using payment methods accepted by the platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱50. 64jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.
Withdrawal requests are subject to successful KYC verification. The 64jl platform operates exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). All account balances, deposits, withdrawals, b ets, and winnings are denominated in PHP. No currency conversion fees are charged by 64jl, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
64jl monitors all financial transactions for suspicious activity. Any transaction that appears to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity will be reported to the appropriate Philippine authorities, and the associated account will be suspended pending investigation. Balances connected to suspicious transactions may be withheld indefinitely.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. 64jl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deducting any bonus funds and associated winnings subject to forfeiture) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and the absence of any pending investigations.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, 64jl reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of 64jl's intellectual property rights or confidential information.
